MerchShopX.com utilizes delivery services such as UPS, FedEx and the US Postal Service to provide several fast and affordable shipping options.
FedEx 3-Day, 2-Day and Overnight Shipping — Fast delivery and complete trackability of your order from the time it leaves the MerchShopX.com warehouse until it arrives at your front door. 3-Day shipping is not available to Alaska and Hawaii. Saturday and Sunday are not shipping days.
USPS Priority Mail — Orders delivered to a P.O. box, APO/FPO address, or US territory will be shipped Priority Mail by The United States Postal Service. Delivery to a P.O. box within the Continental United States will take approximately 1 week, and delivery to APO/FPO, US territories , or a P.O. box outside the Continental United States will take approximately 2-4 weeks, depending on location. If you need faster shipping, please consider delivery to an alternate location in the Continental United States.
Standard Shipping — Low cost-effective delivery for packages under 70 lbs. Typically 2 to 9 business days within the contiguous US for delivery. Standard Shipping is available to all US addresses, including P.O. Boxes. This carrier picks up your MerchShopX.com package from our fulfillment facility and passes the package on to the US Post Office (USPS) for final mile delivery.
*Orders with a weight of over 50 total lbs or that require multiple package shipments, may be subject to shipping charges that are higher than our standard rates. Orders meeting these provisions, will be held, and you will be contacted for approval on additional shipping charges before releasing your order for shipment.

Return & Exchange Policy
IT’S IMPORTANT TO US THAT YOU'RE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR MERCHSHOPX.COM MERCHANDISE.
We accept returns for up to 30 days after receipt of your purchase. Return items must be sent back in their original packaging, with store tags attached. Sorry, but we cannot take back intimate items including underwear, swimwear, or bodysuits.
When returning footwear, shoes must be placed inside of the manufacturer’s shoebox, then inside of a separate shipping box. Do not write on the manufacturer’s shoebox, tape it closed, or use it as a shipping box. Footwear returns will not be accepted unless both the shoes and shoebox are undamaged. Fragrances may only be returned if they are still sealed in their original packaging.
To send an item back to us, please enclose the MerchShopX.com invoice which arrived with your package. You may use any shipper you like, but we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as MerchShopX.com cannot be responsible for lost return shipments. You are also responsible for the return shipping fee.

Once we receive your return package, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. We will send you an email notification when your refund has been processed. Your refund will be issued according to the payment method you selected for the original order. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Due to our rapidly changing store inventory, MerchShopX.com does not process exchanges. We suggest that you send your merchandise back to us for a refund, and place a new order with us at any time.
